Overview

The Winflo® TwinXtract is a coalescing air & dirt separator that does three jobs in a single vessel — removing entrained microbubbles, separating suspended dirt and sludge down to about 5 microns, and, on magnetic models, capturing the ferrous magnetite that ordinary separators miss. By continuously deaerating and de‑sludging the circuit, it protects pumps, chillers, heat exchangers and control valves, helping the system hold its designed efficiency with less maintenance. A low, stable pressure drop, a withdrawable Neodymium magnet and an optional demountable body suit it to everything from commercial buildings to data centres and district energy.

  • Coalescing SS304 mesh element removes microbubbles and suspended dirt to ~5 µm at a low, stable pressure drop — it doesn’t load and lose flow like a strainer.
  • Withdrawable Neodymium N52 magnet (≥ 14,000 Gauss) in a sealed stainless dry sleeve captures ferrous magnetite the mesh misses — withdrawn under pressure for cleaning.
  • Continuous deaeration improves heat transfer and protects pump seals and bearings, helping maintain system efficiency.
  • Demountable option for in‑line cleaning of the element without removing the vessel.
  • Blows down without stopping flow; gauge‑port taps for differential‑pressure monitoring.
